Terms & Conditions for Shipping
We do our best to pack your products safe and secure. We take no responsibility in any loss or damaged goods during shipment. Please ensure the shipping address is correct. Delivery times can be approximately 3-7 working days.
Terms & Conditions for Orders and Payments
No products will be delivered or shipped without payment and proof of Payment. Please make sure payments are correct before making any payments. We will not take responsibilities for wrong payments made. It is your responsibility to ensure all information you provide is accurate and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, information and passwards.
Terms & Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Replacements
We will refuse returns, replacements and exchanges if the product has been opened, loss or damaged by the owner according to the South Africa Consumer Act (CPA). We do not refund any products, but will replace products that was damaged by our hands. If the products was packed incorrect we will demand a return to replace the correct product on our costs.
It is everyone's own responsibility to do their own research. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage.
